Before work starts, a written agreement sets out the question, activities, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees. An initial inquiry does not create a client relationship.
Professional services outside this scope
Our services do not include securities investment recommendations, securities brokerage or fundraising intermediation, personal financial or retirement planning, legal advice, tax advice or preparation, or audit and assurance services.
When other expertise is needed
These matters require separately engaged professionals with the appropriate qualifications. Our work stays within the agreed business consulting scope.
